Swissotel Wellness Resort Alatau Almaty, Almaty

The hotel has some great aspects, like the beautiful natural surroundings and a nice pool area. The rooms were okay, but nothing special. The service was overall good, especially from Kamila at the reception, who really tried to help with our requests. However, the dining experience left a bit to be desired, with some bars lacking basic drinks and the buffet being somewhat limited.
